But those aren't the only two Bravo shows that Scheana has worked on; in 2017, she also appeared in an episode of Summer House. The West Hollywood, California-based servers SUR and PUMP are the subjects of the television series. Shay has recorded a number of dance-pop tunes since she's been on Vanderpump Rules, most notably Good as Gold.

Previously, she was married to her first husband Michael Shay on July 27, 2014. After dating for more than a decade, the couple got married at Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Santa Susana, California. In November 2016, they announced their separation and eventually finalized their divorce in April 2017. She decided to freeze her eggs after her divorce. Prior to her egg extraction procedure, Shay said she abstained from smoking marijuana, drinking alcohol, and engaging in sexual activity for six weeks. Shay frozen her eggs again in 2019 less than a year after having the procedure for the first time.
Controversy
In the year 2004, she was part of a lawsuit against Hooters where she was secretly filmed while undressing. Shay was implicated in an infidelity incident involving actor Eddie Cibrian, who was wed to Brandi Glanville, his wife of eight years. From the year 2006 to 2009, they were having an affair.

Cibrian, however, also had an affair with singer LeAnn Rimes between 2008 and 2009, betraying both his girlfriend Shay and his wife Glanville. Shay has acknowledged thinking Cibrian was split from his wife and awaiting the divorce's completion but has denied knowing he was still married during their three years of dating.
