He and fellow TikTok celebrity Jaden Hossler were both detained on drug-related charges on May 25, 2020, in Lee County, Texas. Hall was charged with a misdemeanor for marijuana possession and paid $5,000 bail the same day. Hernan Fernando, a co-owner of the Cinco restaurant, sued Hall in April 2021 for abuse and violent behavior.
