He was detained for the fourth time in September 2018 after being discovered attempting to break into a restaurant. In December 2022, Orlando was detained once more for domestic violence-related misdemeanors.

This time, he was charged with attacking his sibling with a knife and a hammer. His brother told the cops that he didn't want Orlando to check into a shelter because he is homeless and couldn't afford it. Orlando apparently then started acting abnormally in the home and made a violent threat against the brother. After fighting with his fiancée in front of others in Torrance, California, in February 2016, Brown was taken into custody. Later, he was accused of assaulting a family member, obstructing justice, and possessing drugs with the intent to resell them. Also, he was taken into custody after failing to show up for his court date. He escaped to Nevada after failing to appear in court once more.

A few months later, he was detained once more, this time after leaving a hotel with a reputation for prostitution and illicit drug sales. Police discovered him in possession of meth and a pipe while he was being uncooperative. When Brown broke into the Legends Restaurant & Venue in Las Vegas in September 2016, he found himself in further trouble. Later, in December 2022, while homeless in Lima, Ohio, Brown was apprehended once more on domestic violence allegations.
