Cindy Brunson's husband Steve Berthiaume is an American television sportscaster, born in 1965. Also, he has been working as the play-by-play broadcast announcer for the Arizona Diamondbacks. Likewise, Berthiaume is a former anchor on ESPN and a former sportscaster for SportsNet New York (SNY). With his family, he grew up in Medfield, Massachusetts.

During his work at WTIC-HV in Hartford, Connecticut, Berthiaume covered the University of Connecticut women's and men's basketball teams. In February 2000, he joined ESPN after working at the now-defunct CNCCI network. Steve started at ESPNEWS and worked as an anchor for SportsCenter. After leaving ESPN in 2006, Steve became the chief sportscaster at SNY. On March 28, 2007, he returned to ESPN SportsCenter to be closer to his wife Cindy.

Who is Cindy Brunson?

In Tacoma, Washington, Cindy Brunson was born on 10th June 1975. She joined Curtis Senior High School in University Place, Washington. As a result of watching American newscaster Robin Roberts on ESPN, Brunson became interested in sports broadcasting at the age of 12. During Sunday football games, Brunson served as the 'beverage girl' while her father and his friends watched.

Using an encyclopedia, she memorized the signals of the referee. Her father and Brunson attended Seahawks, Sonics, and Mariners games regularly thereafter. Brunson then enrolled at Washington State University to pursue her dream career. With a Bachelor of Arts and Broadcast Communication degree, Brunson graduated from the University of Florida. In her opinion, her college has prepared her for success.
