Vernon Davis is yet to be married to his fiancee Kayla Sortor. They met in the year 2016 at the bar when she was working for the Federal Government. The couple got engaged but hasn't publicly announced a wedding date since the grand romantic proposal. The lovely couple has kept their relationship out of the public eye or spotlight. Davis took Sortor for a walk along the beach in Ocean City, Maryland on July 17, 2018. The couple was approached by four skydivers who flew down onto the beach. The skydivers removed their flight suits to reveal white T-shirts underneath the question, “Will you marry me?”. Then he got down on one knee to proposed Sortor with a massive ring for marriage. Also, he had arranged for a videographer to capture the entire experience.

Kayla Sortor was born in December 1991. She was raised in Maryland by her American parents. Likewise, information related to her early life, parents, and siblings missing. In 2011, she earned an associate’s degree from Anne Arundel Community College. Kayla earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland College Park in the year 2014. Likewise, she has a master’s degree in organizational communication from Bowie State University.

As per her LinkedIn page, Sortor had worked at Fort Meade in Maryland. As per reports, she has worked in security for a federal government agency and didn't provide more details. Kayla started a new job as a strategic communications specialist with Centauri, a technology company that specializes in national security software in August 2020.


Vernon Davis' Past Affairs/ Ex-girlfriend

Previously, Vernon Davis was in a relationship with his girlfriend Janel Horne for a long period of time. They were high school sweetheart and got engaged but didn't get married. Vernon and Janel was together for about 15 years. The duo enrolled Dunbar High School in Washington, D.C.

As per reports, Davis and Horne had three children together, including a daughter Valleigh and a son Jianni. She was beside Davis when he was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the year 2006. Unfortunately, the duo relationship didn't last long after Janel accused Davis of cheating on her with a Younger Woman.

Vernon Davis' ex-girlfriend Janle Horne accused him cheating on her with a younger woman. In May 2016, he was in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Janel accused him of cheating on her with a 20-year-old woman in an Instagram blast.

Davis and the woman Horne believed to be having an affair were shown in side-by-side photos in the post, shared by In Touch Weekly. Horne said; 

“when you give a man your all, 15 yrs, 3 kids, and you sacrifice your life and then he cheats on you with a 20 yr old child and lies (sic) on you @vernondavis85.”

 

Vernon didn't publicly comment on the accusation.
