Then he became part of the TV series Bret Maverick in 1981. Also, he featured in the 1983 miniseries The Winds of War. During his career, Chuck made guest appearances on the TV shows The Fall Guy, Hill Street Blues, and Remington Steele. Also, he credited Chuck "Porky" Mitchell in some of his films.  As an actor, he appeared in several films such as Don't Answer the Phone, The Hearse, American Pop, Goodbye, Cruel World, and Porky's Revenge!.
