Molly Yeh parents are John Bruce Yeh (father) & mother Jody Yeh. John is her dad, an American clarinetist who has served as assistant principal clarinetist of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra since 1977. Molly was born on May 22, 1989, in Glenview, Illinois, United States. Having American nationality, Molly is of mixed (Chinese & Ashkenazi Jewish) ethnicity.

Molly & Nick became parents of a child. In November 2018, the couple announced they were expecting their first child. Their daughter Bernadette Rosemary Yeh Hagen was born on 30th March 2019. She and her spouse named their daughter after her great-great-grandfather. Molly Hagen and her husband Nick Hagen have been married for more than 7 years without any problems of divorce or separation.
