Former American football quarterback, Flutie was born on 23 October 1968 in Manchester, Maryland, United States. His full name is Douglas Richard Flutie with the birth sign Scorpio. His parents were Dick Flutie (father) and his mother Joan Flutie. His great-grandparents immigrated from Lebanon. At age six, he moved with his family to Melbourne Beach, Florida, where his dad was a quality engineer in the aerospace industry.
