Jen Vrabel generally celebrates her birthday on 3rd March but her full birth of date is missing. She was born and raised in a middle-class American family. Her real name is Jennifer Bolyen Vrabel. Jen has an American nationality and is of white ethnicity. 

After completing her high school education, she enrolled at Ohio State University located  in Columbus, Ohio where she met her husband Mike. Also, she was a two-time All-Big Ten volleyball player.

“It was hard because volleyball and football are in the same season. I got to go to one [football] game a year. So I didn’t really know how good he was. I knew he was good, but I had no idea whether he was good enough to play in the NFL,”
She told the Post Gazette back in the year 2002. Jen worked as a dental hygienist before moving to Massachusetts and giving birth to Tyler in 2000 and Carter shortly after. She told the Post Gazette;m 
“When I got to New England, everybody there had little kids. The Bruschis, the Bledsoes, the Andruzzis … Mike had good friends in Pittsburgh. It’s Mike’s first year there [in New England], but I think he really, really likes it there”

Jen Vrabel has supported her husband Mike in his career ups and down. Then she always stood by him through thick and thin. Jen always finds herself looking at him, to watch where he is and has been doing, or going.
