At the age of 23, Riley Mapel died on 14th August 2005. His cause of death is suicide. As per reports, he committed suicide in Los Angeles, United States. At the time of his death, Riley was studying acting at LACC’s Acting Academy.

At Forest Lawn Memorial Park (Hollywood Hills), Riley was buried. The details of his death are yet to be published as it was in the best interests of the family. Also, his parents chose to grieve in privacy.
